Major Job Responsibilities:
* Involved in the whole process of new project design in, launch test, trail run, to mass production
* Lead a cross functional/regional project team
* Lead to translate customer requirements to new product development
* Own financials, own and resolve cross functional issues
* Track and publish performance to target dates & deliverables
* Ensure the program is Green Launch as per definition

Candidate Requirements:
* Strong personality and able to lead a diverse team
* At least 8 years experience in project management in automotive industry. Should be able to see big picture but very detailed in monitoring progress. Should have a analytical mind
* Able to understand and question financials
* Outgoing personality with good English speaking capability
* Must know advance quality planning
