Global Manufacturing and Forward Planning Manager

Major Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the Global Manufacturing Reporting and Benchmark: Regions - NA, Mexico, South America, Europe and Africa, Asia Pacific (27 plants)
- Coordinate with the regional Operations Directors to gather the monthly, quarterly and annual manufacturing cost, head count ( Direct, Indirect, Salary) - current and forecast
- Coordinate the Cost Improvement Reporting and Benchmarking
- Coordinate the headcount benchmarking
- Participate on the business plan for out coming years
- Coordinate with Regions the information about Forward Planning - Sites for the next 5 years
- Key information to track - # of sites current, future, Revenue, space, capacity utilization,
- Benchmarking of space, space utilization for manufacturing, support areas and office
- Site status tracking - New, Exit, and Renew
- Coordinate the LAR/ AR for ARC committee
- Coordinate with Corporation on the forward planning - New sites, exit site, Lease Renewal
- Coordinate Global Operations meetings and follow up


Candidate Requirements:
1. At least 8yrs experience in Manufacturing, Engineering and Operations or related
2. Experience in accounting is preferred
3. Fluent English
4. Good command of PowerPoint, Excel and Web Setting (like set up share point...), Charting, Graphic
5. Available to work in Global Time - a lot of the meetings might be in the early morning or at night
6. Willing to travel if needed
